경복궁은 조선시대 최고의 불교 궁궐입니다.
북쪽으로 북악산에 기대어 자리 잡고 있으며, 정문인 광화문 앞에 넓은 육조거리(현 세종로)가 펼쳐져 있어 왕도인 한양(서울) 도시계획의 중심이기도 합니다.

1395년 태조 이성계에 의해 창건되었다가 임진왜란으로 소실되었고 고종 때인 1867년에 재건되었습니다. 흥선대원군이 이끄는 재건된 경복궁은 500여 채의 건물이 미로처럼 늘어서 있어 웅장해 보입니다.

• Summary information

Gyeongbokgung Palace is the best Buddhist palace in the Joseon Dynasty.
It is located leaning against Bukaksan Mountain to the north, and a wide Yukjo Street (now Sejong-ro) spreads out in front of Gwanghwamun, the main gate, which is also the center of the city plan for Hanyang (Seoul), the royal road.

It was founded by King Taejo Lee Seong-gye in 1395, burned down by the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592, and rebuilt in 1867 during King Gojong's reign. The reconstructed Gyeongbokgung Palace, led by Heungseon Daewongun, looked magnificent with more than 500 buildings lined up like a maze.

근정전

경복궁을 상징하는  가장 중요한 근정전입니다. 왕과 신하들이 나라일을 한 곳 입니다.

서울 궁궐 중에서 가장 크고 웅장한 곳이라 사람들이 많네요.

다음으로 경화루를 방문했는데 너무 강물에 비친 경화루는 너무 아름다운 것 같아요

왕이 연회를 베풀거나 외국 사신들이 방문했을 때 방문했던 곳이기 때문에 화려한 모습입니다.

The next place I visited was Gyeonghoeru

It is splendid building, because it is the place the king visited when he held a banquet or when foreign envoys visited.

다음은 왕의 집무실인 사정전입니다.
 일월오봉도가 그려져 있다는 것이 왕이 머물렀던 장소를 의미 한다고 합니다.

The fact that there's Ilwol Obongdo drawn on the screen
It means the place where the king stayed.
